This investment includes full spatial planning, 3D visualisations, custom vanity detailing, and a complete trade specification schedule. We offer transparent, fixed fee design packages so you know your exact costs before committing to construction.
You receive a complete, trade-ready design package ready to submit for builder quotes. This includes 2D floor plans, 3D lifelike renders, setout elevations showing precise tile layouts, custom vanity joinery drawings, a lighting/electrical plan, and a fully itemised schedule specifying all fixtures, hardware, tiles, grates, grout, materials and paint selections.
We design with Australian Building Codes (AS 3740 and NCC requirements) at the forefront.
