Xanda Interior Design – Referral Program Terms & Conditions
1. Program Overview
The Xanda Interior Design Referral Program (“Program”) rewards eligible referrers with a $250 prepaid Visa or Mastercard gift card (“Reward”) when they successfully refer a new client who completes a qualifying project with us.
2. Eligibility

The Program is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over.

Referrers may be past or current clients, suppliers, or members of the public.

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Xanda Interior Design are not eligible.

Referrals must be for new clients only. Self-referrals are not permitted.
- Referrals that were submitted prior to the launch of this Program (Tuesday 23rd September 2025), or for projects already in progress or completed, are not eligible for the Reward.
3. Qualifying Referral
- A “Qualifying Referral” occurs when:

The referred person or business (“Referred Client”) engages Xanda Interior Design under a signed design agreement; and
-
The Referred Client’s project proceeds to completion and is paid in full (as determined by Xanda Interior Design in its sole discretion).
- Projects that are cancelled, not completed, limited to an initial design consultation only, or not fully paid do not qualify.
- Previous referrals that predate the Program launch (Tuesday 23rd September 2025), or that have already resulted in a completed project are not eligible.
4. Reward

The Reward is a single $250 prepaid Visa or Mastercard gift card, issued electronically or as a physical card at Xanda Interior Design’s discretion.

Limit of one Reward per Qualifying Referral.

Multiple referrals are allowed; each Qualifying Referral earns a separate Reward.

Rewards are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

No Reward will be issued until the Referred Client’s project has been completed and payment has been received in full.

Referrals resulting only in an initial design consultation are specifically excluded from this Program.
5. Referral Submission

Referrals must be submitted before the Referred Client first contacts Xanda Interior Design.

Referrals must be lodged by email to referral@xandainteriordesign.com.au.

You must provide your full name, contact details, and the Referred Client’s name and contact details with their consent.
6. Timing

Rewards will be issued within 30 days after the qualifying project’s completion and receipt of full payment.

Xanda Interior Design is not responsible for delays in delivery or activation of the gift card caused by third-party providers.
7. Privacy

By participating, you confirm you have the Referred Client’s permission to share their contact details.

Personal information will be collected, stored, and used in accordance with the Xanda Interior Design Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
8. General
-
Xanda Interior Design reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse a Reward where reasonable grounds exist (including suspected fraud or breach of these Terms).

We may amend, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice, but changes will not affect Rewards already earned.

To the extent permitted by law, Xanda Interior Design is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the Program or the use of the Reward.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
